We ask that you limit your entrée choices to three or four. We do not need to know ahead of time how many of your guests will be ordering each entrée. Your server will ask each guest their selection from a special menu that will be typed for your private function. Please notify us of your menu selections two weeks in advance. -
Beverage Selection
Coffee, Tea, Pop or Milk are all 2.50 with free refills and are to be included on the host bill.
From the Bar
Please indicate if your function will be a host paid bar, cash bar paid by your guests, or a combination offering a limited selection of alcohol.
Wines
You will find a wide range of choices to fit your guests varying tastes. We are happy to provide our full wine list for your review. We suggest wine selections be made at least one week in advance, as some wines availability is limited. If you bring in your own wine, there is a $15 corkage fee per each 750 ml bottle. -
Desserts
We suggest allowing your guests to choose two selections, including flavored cheesecakes, delicious tortes or our housemade Tiramisù and Crème Brûlée. Prices start at $7. You may also select sherbet or vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce or liqueur toppings ($3 to $4). There is a service charge of $2 per person for desserts brought into the restaurant and they cannot be homemade. During the holidays, we offer special seasonal selections. Please ask when you are setting up your party.

Room Arrangement
You will be reserving either our Terrace or Briar Dining rooms depending on the size of your group.
Terrace Room
Our Terrace Room can comfortably seat 35 people. The room arrangement can be individual tables seating of 4-8 people, or the following arrangements:
• can accommodate up to 30 people
• can accommodate up to 20 people
Briar Room
Our Briar Room can comfortably seat up to 80 people. Individual tables can accommodate 4-6-8 people.
You are welcome to decorate the room or bring in your own flowers or centerpieces. The flowers provided by the restaurant should not be removed unless arranged in advance.
A deposit of $100.00 is required to confirm a reservation. The room deposit must be received within one week from the initial booking or the space may be reserved for another patron. If you need to cancel your reservation, this deposit will be refunded if the cancellation occurs at least 30 days in advance; otherwise the deposit is deducted from your guest check. Your reservation is considered tentative until the room deposit is paid. -
