Catering Information

If you want to host a private event that is truly special, you'll not be disappointed at Trostel's Greenbriar. Our dining rooms can accommodate any size group, on any day of the week. We can assist you with luncheons, business meetings, cocktail parties or evening events.

We have provided an array of information in this packet to assist you in your planning. If you have any questions, please call us.
We look forward to making your function a special event for you and your guests.

You are welcome to decorate the room or bring in your own flowers or centerpieces. The roses provided by the restaurant should not be removed unless arranged in advance.

Payment
One check will be presented to the host for payment. Payment in full is expected the day of your party. Cash or personal/business check is preferred. An 18% gratuity is added to the total check.

A $100 deposit is required for all groups in the month of December. The deposit and the signed contract will confirm your reservation. Cancellations must be made by November 1st to have deposit refunded.
