We are excited to be participating in the Des Moines Restaurant Week.

Course #1

Sautéed Baby Clams, with roasted Iowa sweet corn and a white wine garlic and smoked gouda cream

Course #2

Strip Loin Filet au Poivre, with green chili fingerling potato salad, sautéed summer greens and sweet corn, finished with garden tomato consume and basil oil.

Course #3

Colorado Peach Tartine, with vanilla bean ice cream.
